Welcome to Nellie Belle’s Boutique! Founded by Jenell Harbin, our CEO who is an Enterprise Tech Sales Rockstar, Certified AWS Solution Architect and proud Black woman entrepreneur.  Nellie Belle’s Boutique is built at the intersection of bold style, deep legacy, and unwavering resilience.

Our Story & Founder

With over 30 years of high-impact experience in Enterprise Technology Sales and Marketing, Jenell has spent decades navigating the corporate world, closing record breaking & multi-million $$ deals with global icons including Walmart, LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy), CVS, Fendi, The Gap, and Levi Strauss. As an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Certified Leadership Development Facilitator, she brings elite strategic vision to everything she builds. She has broken barriers in a career where you rarely see BLACK WOMEN 👊🏿💯

Jenell also had a few Modeling contracts and has graced numerous runways herself!

However, the true heart of Nellie Belle’s Boutique was forged in the ultimate test of strength. While on medical leave fighting—and defeating—breast cancer, Jenell channeled her pain and purpose into creating her own business. During that exact battle, she endured the heartbreaking loss of her mother, Janice Harbin, who passed away on October 21, 2020.

Janice was a trailblazer in her own right as one of the very first Black women to become a licensed Real Estate Broker in the 1970s. A woman of incredible grace, sharp dressed, solid business acumen, and effortless flair, Janice was literally a walking advertisement for elegance and entrepreneurship, instilling in Jenell everything she knows today.
